NOTICE TO APPROPRIATORS OF GROUND WATER
IN THE PLATTE COUNTY CONTROL AREA
The following application has been received in the State Engineer’s Office. Upon conclusion of advertising, the application will be considered by the Platte County Control Area Advisory Board.
TOWN OF WHEATLAND: T.F. No. U.W. 44-1-436; Black Mountain No. 4 Well. This application is for a 500-gpm well, located in the SE¼SW¼, Sec. 14, T24N, R68W, for municipal use within the Town of Wheatland. There will be a total volumetric quantity of water produced of 300 acre feet per calendar year.
Any objections to the granting of the above must be made in writing to the State Engineer, Attn: Ground Water Division, Herschler Building 1-W, Cheyenne, WY 82002 within ten (10) days of the final publication of this notice.
