NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION

TO ALL PERSONS INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF: Helena Jodale Russell, a/k/a Jodale Russell, a/k/a H. Jodale Russell, deceased

On October 31, 2017, application was made by William L. Russell for the summary distribution of the estate of said decedent under the provisions of § 2-1-201 and/or § 2-1-205, Wyoming Probate Code, in the District Court of Platte County, requesting a Decree of Summary Distribution, according to the prayer of said Application, for the property therein described.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that said Decree shall be presented to the Court on the 17^th day of November.  Persons wishing to file claims against the estate or object to said Application must do so in writing filed with the Clerk of the above Court, whose address is P.O. Box 158, Wheatland, WY 82201, on or before said presentation.
