The motion carried. Supt Lockman presented an encroachment from Wheatland REA for approval and the final cost for the chip seal project. The west end of Palmer Canyon Road is being damaged by the traffic hauling material to the Albany County portion of the road. The crew still has work to complete on Bordeaux Road, the North Dwyer railroad crossing, and preparation work for the u-culvert placement at the Laramie River Crossing on Palmer Canyon Road. In the absence of Planner Ervin, Clerk Kanwischer presented building certificates from Haskell Company and Brian Kleingarn for approval. Regina Dodson, Community Services Program Manager, met with the Tripartite Board members while conducting an on site visit. Current Tripartite Board members are the three Commissioners and Terry Stevenson. Discussion centered around the difficulty in recruiting board members and meeting all the requirements of the grant. The Board informed Ms Dodson they do not plan to sign the contract for 2018 due to being non-compliant. The Board discussed options of how to proceed with improvements to Tank Farm and South Guernsey Roads and whether or not to include Rollins Road at this time, with Scott Cowley of AVI Engineering via phone. It was noted the current grant writer resigned this morning and the County needs to decide what direction they are going to take in that regard before they can proceed. Jon Igelhart, Tom Overstreet and Jordan Ham of Pro River Technologies met to update the Board on current IT activities and projects.
