NOTICE FOR APPLICATION OF DECREE
Notice is hereby given pursuant to § 2-1-205 W.S., 1977, Rep. Ed., as amended, Christine Ann Jones, f/k/a Christine Ann Tibbits, Leslee Kay Westbrook and Shelley Prouty have applied to the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District in and for Platte County, Wyoming, for a decree setting over the property hereinafter described which the decedent owned at the time of her death, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block 182, 3rd North Addition, Town of Wheatland
Platte County, Wyoming
An undivided one-half interest in 1988 Ford pick-up - VIN 1FTCR15T4JPB56885
unto Christine Ann Jones, f/k/a Christine Ann Tibbits, Leslee Kay Westbrook and Shelley Prouty, equally.
That the Court shall consider said application on the 28th day of August, 2017, at 8 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at which time a determination will be made on the facts stated in the application, and in the event the facts are not in dispute, the Court shall enter a decree establishing the right and title to the property.
