WHEATLAND — Dan Brecht and Platte County Economic Development Corporation’s Chairman, Don Smith, have worked closely to work on the sell of 851 Gilchrist St. as PCED’s office. They finalized the sale on August 8, 2017. Brecht said he is “happy that PCED will be in this building.”
Currently, PCED and Main Street Development both operate out of this space. That partnership will continue, as will the current occupants renting the apartments in the building.
