NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF WHEATLAND PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Wheatland will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Town Hall Council Chamber, 600 9th St, Wheatland, WY 82201, to hear and consider:
A Special Use Permit for the Platte County Fair Board to allow year-round travel trailer camping at the Platte County Fair Grounds. The concerned property is described as Lot 2 in Section 18, T24N, R67W, 6th PM, Platte County, Wyoming. The physical address of the property is 59 Antelope Gap Road, Wheatland.
Any person interested in the approval or rejection of such request may appear and be heard or file with the Joint Planning Office a written statement of approval or disapproval. Questions may be answered by calling 307-269-0513.
