Notice of Public Hearing - Sean and Ashley Harris


Take notice that Sean and Ashley Harris, the applicants and property owners, have filed an application for a Special Permit to Rezone Property from Residential Hi-Density to Residential on property described as the West 105 feet of lots 41 & 42 of Gunter Addition, of Sec 14, T24N, R68W, 6TH PM, Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming.

PUBLIC HEARINGS will be held before the Wheatland Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 7:00 PM. If approved, the request will then be heard by the Wheatland Town Council on Monday, May 8, 2017, 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. All hearings will be held in the Town Hall Council Chamber, 600 9th St., Wheatland, WY 82201.

Expressing any concerns to the Planning Office, 600 9th St., Wheatland, WY 82201, at least a week before the first hearing allows this office to incorporate your input into the staff report, thereby bringing awareness of issues to the Boards prior to the hearings.
