NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF WHEATLAND PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Wheatland will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Town Hall Council Chamber, 600 9th St, Wheatland, WY 82201, to hear and consider:
A Special Use Permit to place a 40’ X 8’ Conex container in a General Business zoning district. The applicant, Impact Ministries, is asking to place the container to the west of their church and use the container for storage for the church’s outreach ministry. The concerend property is described as 956 Maple Street. More specifically, the E 52’ of lots 14-15, S 11’ of the W 88’ of lot 15, and of lot 16, and E 84’ of lots 17-20, block 77, Original Town of Wheatland, in Sec 13, T24N, R68W, 6TH PM, Platte County, Wyoming.
