WHEATLAND — “Into the Streets: Wheatland,” a community service project brought home by Audrey Lucas, a student at Oklahoma State University at Stillwater, was a huge success.

More than 40 volunteers signed up to work at a dozen different sites in the community.  They helped remove green waste, mowed yards, tended gardens, painted, and worked on small construction projects.  The Town of Wheatland recently recognized Audrey for her efforts and hopes that “Into the Streets: Wheatland”  will be even more successful next year.
