Funeral services for Kenneth C. “Ken” Bailey, 92, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, at the Wheatland Bible Church in Wheatland with Pastor Jason Iacovetto officiating.  Inurnment will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1 at the Prairie Rest Cemetery near Guernsey. Military honors will be accorded by J.J. Webb American Legion Post #95 and Lake Guernsey VFW Post #4471 of Guernsey.
Kenneth Bailey went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center in Cheyenne.  He was known to family and friends as Ken.  He was born on Wednesday, July 20, 1927 in Lewistown, Mont. the son of Thomas and Elizabeth (Young) Bailey.
Ken spent twenty-three years serving our country in the United State Air Force. Ken was known for talking to people and there wasn’t a person he couldn’t become a friend with.  He was always willing to help people out with anything they needed.  He had many talents and self-taught skills. He loved his daughters and grandchildren.
Ken is survived by his daughters, Phyllis Gibson of Madison, Wis. and Sherry (Mike) Eshom of Nampa, Idaho; brother, Doug Forrer of Dallas, Texas; four grandsons, Michael (Jeanette) Gibson of Saint Louis, Mo., David (Lorian) Gibson of Madison, Wis., Paul Eshom of Loveland, Colo., and Gene Eshom of Nampa, Idaho; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was greatly loved and will be missed by all.
A memorial to the Mission Fund in C/O Wheatland Bible Church, P.O. Box 685, Wheatland, WY 82201 would be appreciated by the family.
