 Funeral services for Jason “Poorboy” Seth Havard, 31, were held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 24, 2018 at the First Christian Church in Wheatland, Wyoming with Pastor Casey Schroeder officiating.  Interment was held at the Wheatland Cemetery.
Jason Havard passed away Monday, March 19, 2018 at the Memorial Hospital of Converse County as a result of a motor vehicle accident.
Jason was born June 5, 1986 in Wheatland, Wyoming the son of Ronald Edward and Debra W. (Wagner) Havard.
He was raised and educated in Wheatland and graduated high from Wheatland High School in 2005.  After graduation he attended Casper College for two years where he received a diesel mechanic certificate.  He worked as a truck driver in the oil and drilling industry.  He was a member of the Wheatland Moose Lodge and Dumb Ass Club.  When Poorboy was getting introduced to someone new, his famous line was “My name is Apadaca Darwin Dunlap but you can just call me A.D.D. on the account that my mother says that I have A.D.D.”  He enjoyed firearms, shooting, camping, making coal roll’n in his diesel truck, hanging out with friend and wearing camo.  He loved to be with his family and “Dog”.
He is survived by his mother, Debra Havard of Wheatland; sisters, Amber Havard of Aurora, Colorado and Lacey Megeath of Wheatland; and nephews, Treyton Megeath and Aiden Megeath.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald E. Havard on January 25, 2001; maternal grandparents, Wesley and Randena Wagner; paternal grandparents, Robert and Cordiela Havard; and aunt, Pat Johnson.
Serving as pallbearers were Clint Chason, Chris Kriest, John McClain, Justin Kwan, Tom Bassler, and Scott Brady.
Serving as honorary pallbearers were Melody Chason, Aiden Megeath, Treyton Megeath, and Balto “Dog”.  
A memorial to the Jason S. Havard Memorial Fund in care of Platte Valley Bank, 200 Sixteenth Street, Wheatland, Wyoming 82201 would be appreciated by the family.
The Gorman Funeral Homes – Platte Chapel of Wheatland were in charge of the arrangements.
