Hit-and-run driver sought in Wheatland accident

A hit-and-run driver in a dark pickup truck hit a jeep owned by Lincoln and Ton Winter, parked on Walnut Street, Sept. 26 at 10:30 p.m. The driver is, as yet unidentified and the incident is being investigated by local Wheatland police.
