A funeral service for Henry Paul “Hank” Albrecht Sr., 75, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, July 13, 2017 at the First Christian Church in Wheatland, Wyoming with Pastor Casey Schroeder officiating.
Hank Albrecht passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at the Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, Colorado.
Hank was born Friday, May 1, 1942 in East Patchogue, Long Island, New York the son of Henry Harold and Josephine Barbara (Ciaccio) Albrecht.
He was raised and educated in Long Island and Queens. After high school graduation he attended Western Nebraska Community College in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. He drove truck on the East Coast for several years. He than moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where he operated a truck wash and after moving to Wheatland he owned and operated Hank’s Handyman Service.
He married Susan Woolsey on September 24, 1978 in Torrington, Wyoming.
Some of his hobbies included model trains, riding motorcycles, and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Susan Albrecht of Wheatland; children, Henry Albrecht Jr. of Delta, Colorado, James Albrecht of Nebraska, Misty Lee (Gabriel) Cole of Waldoboro, Maine, and Andrew Albrecht of Maine; sister, Loree Devine of Flagstaff, Arizona; and nine grandchildren.
A memorial to the choice of the donor would be appreciated by the family.
