GLENDO – The Glendo back to school picnic was held Friday at the city park near the school. Parents, students, and educators gathered to enjoy barbecue burgers and hot dogs, sides provided by staff, and deserts provided by the Glendo PTO. The event was held to celebrate the start of the 2019-2020 school year. The theme for the upcoming school year is “Glendo Carries the Banner.” New principal Micah Becker says, “This is the perfect theme as I continue to build relationships with the Glendo community. Together we can accomplish so much and show everyone how great Glendo is.”
