Escaped inmate and accomplice apprehended in Georgia

Casper – The Wyoming Department of Corrections has confirmed that a Wyoming inmate who had escaped from the Casper Reentry Center on December 28, 2018, and the woman suspected of helping him, are now in custody in Monroe County, Georgia.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, Inmate Richard Thomas Fountaine II and his alleged accomplice Kimberly Belcher were captured about 12:45 p.m. EST on Friday, January 11, 2019.
