Edward Kay Foster passed away peacefully at his home near Glendo to go join the angles in Heaven on Friday, June 15, 2018.
Edward AKA “ED” was born on May 13, 1942, in David City, Nebraska the son of Elizabeth, Marian (Vanheiden) and Glen Raymond Foster. He was the youngest of four children. Ed lived most of his adult life in Glendo. He worked for Phipps Construction for 20-plus years and was also the proud owner of Glendo Ready Mix.  Ed was a loving partner, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle and friend. Ed was always willing to help anyone and everyone he could.
He is survived by his brother Dr. James Foster, of Lancaster, Missouri; sister Jane Grogan, of Salome, Arizona; children Michael Foster, Jodie Foster and Balynda Foster, all of Cheyenne; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and his best friend/sidekick, his dog Peanut.
He was preceded in death by his partner of 25 years, Lana Cobler ; daughter Kelly Foster; brother Roger Foster; and his parents.
Ed is going to be greatly missed from the chuckle in his laugh to the sparkle in his eyes, and most of all his downright stubbornness. Our lives were blessed to have him and will not be the same without him. We love you, Daddy.
A memorial to the Glendo Ambulance in care of Britt Wilson, P.O. Box 404, Glendo, WY 82213 would be appreciated by the family.
