Clifford Elmer Garrison, 88, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2019 at the Douglas Care Center in Douglas.
Clifford Garrison was born on Dec. 1, 1930 in Kemp, Okla. the son of Andrew Jackson and Leona (Seals) Garrison.
