GUERNSEY — Wyoming Cowboy ChalleNGe Academy Class 36 will graduate June 9 at 1 p.m. in the Eastern Wyoming College auditorium, 3200 West C St., Torrington, a news release issued June 1 from the Wyoming Military Department reports.
The cadets spent the last 5 1/2 months at Camp Guernsey completing the program’s residential phase. Core components during this period include academics, citizenship, life-coping skills, civic service, health and hygiene, leadership and physical fitness.
Cadets include: Bill Ockinga, of Wheatland; Samantha Herchkorn, Abigail Jordan, Andrew Sanchez and Makaylee Vermeulen, of Casper; Samantha Gladd, Tyler Gladd and Michael Miller, of Cheyenne; Seth Gorham and Josiah Meznarich, of Cody; DerrellHullinger, of Douglas; Asher Gunderson, of Elk River; Daniel Guise and Calvin Pierce, of Evanston; Brian Winkler, of Evansville; Belen Gurrola, of Frannie; Devon Spenneberg, of Green River; Takota Hammond, of Powell; Faith Jaure and Tanner Williams, of Riverton; and Erik Sodders and Evan Guillen, of Rock Springs.
