Project SAFE’s sixth nnual Color 5k celebrated 30 years of serving crime victims in Platte County with an ’80’s party July 21. Stephanie Nepgen, Project SAFE victim advocate, reported 81 participants took part in the event, which raises funds for Project SAFE.
